There are many different ways in which you can upgrade your system to Aktiv. We’ve included a few examples below. However, we recommend you contact your retailer for specific details on how to upgrade your system:

Example 1 – Akurate Music System
Akurate CD multi-format player
Akurate Kontrol pre-amplifier
Akurate 2200 power amplifier
Akurate 242 Loudspeakers

Go Aktiv by adding two Akurate 4200 power amplifiers and five 2-channel Chakra Aktiv cards to this system.

Example 2 - Majik Music System
Majik CD player
Majik I integrated amplifier
Majik 140 Loudspeakers

Go Aktiv by adding a Majik 6100 power amplifier and four 2-channel Chakra Aktiv cards to this system.

You can improve your system over time

You don’t need to go Aktiv immediately - there are incremental improvements which can be made to your system - for example, you can start by bi-wiring, then bi-amp before fully upgrading your system to Aktiv.
